Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Neatly website (hireneatly.com) and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts to use the Services. By creating an account or booking a service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate, current information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
- Notify us immediately at neatlyplatform@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
User Roles
- Client: a user who requests and pays for services.
- Service Provider (Pro): a user who offers services through the platform.
- Admin: Neatly staff who manage platform settings and ensure compliance with policies.
Each role must follow applicable rules in these Terms and related policies.
Booking and Payments
- Bookings are client-driven: clients select a Pro and confirm a booking through the platform.
- Payment is required at the time and method specified during checkout. We support Stripe and PayPal; other payment methods may be added later.
- Platform commission: Neatly collects a 15% commission on each completed booking. Commission is taken according to the payment flow described at checkout.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy (refer to the site page). Partial refunds may apply for services already performed.
Pricing and Taxes
- Service prices are set by Service Providers unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes: clients are responsible for applicable taxes unless platform indicates otherwise. Neatly may collect taxes where required by law. See the Tax Responsibility Policy for details.
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Providers must maintain required licenses, insurance, and comply with local laws.
- Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Neatly. Providers set their availability and pricing and are responsible for service quality.
- Providers must accurately describe services and fulfill bookings professionally.
Platform Liability and Disclaimers
- Neatly facilitates bookings between clients and providers and is not the service provider. We do not guarantee the actions or performance of Providers.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neatly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant booking.
User Conduct
- Users must not engage in illegal activities, harassment, discriminatory behavior, or any conduct that harms other users.
- Prohibited content: obscene, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent content.
- Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the site (text, logos, graphics, code) is owned by Neatly or licensed to Neatly. You may not reproduce or use site content without permission.
- Users grant Neatly a license to use user-generated content (profiles, reviews, photos) to operate and promote the Services.
Reviews and Ratings
- Clients may leave reviews of Providers. Reviews must be honest and not defamatory.
- Neatly may remove reviews that violate policies or appear fraudulent.
Termination and Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate accounts or listings for violations of these Terms or other policies.
- Users may close their accounts by following account settings or contacting support. Certain data may be retained per the Privacy Policy and legal requirements.
Disputes and Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
- Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal claims. Any legal action must be brought in courts located in Florida.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
